This bank never has help. All other branches have plenty of staff but every time i walk in there is 1 teller, people backed up. Hire more staff or maybe people sitting in back office could step up and help when it's busy. On the good side the tellers are very pleasant and polite
This bank always has issues with their ATM whether if it’s drive-through or if you walk in. Either it’s too full or you can’t take money out. This is always an issue.
I HAD THE MOST WONDERFULL EXPERIENCE WITH DANIELA KOKALEVSKI...The banker that supposedly had me as a client that morning "Santiago" call off and i am so glad he did becouse Daniela took care off me, her profesionalism and charisma is 5 stars, she went above and beyond, she answer every single cuestion i had with a smile in her face, Customer Service at his best...Thanks
Went to bank today and was so impressed by an employee, Clifford. He went out of his way to assist me and I felt I had to write this note about him. Excellent employee!!!
Super quick in and out. Was greeted shortly after walking in and the staff I dealt with were extremely courteous and informative.
