Great experience at this Chase branch. The service is always fast, and the tellers are incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the personal touch—they always greet me by name every time I walk in. Highly recommend!

I am not reviewing the branch but the company a a whole. I can't access my accounts on my home computer because Chase decided to go with a newer version of Windows that I can't access. Then I keep getting letters in the mail saying they tried to send a statement to my e mail address. What they are doing is sending it to my old one that hasn't been used in the past 4 years. I have told them over and over again that this e mal is no longer used, but they still won't update my e mail I use now so basically i can't do business w... read more
