I am not reviewing the branch but the company a a whole. I can't access my accounts on my home computer because Chase decided to go with a newer version of Windows that I can't access. Then I keep getting letters in the mail saying they tried to send a statement to my e mail address. What they are doing is sending it to my old one that hasn't been used in the past 4 years. Best for in-person contact, phone line is inconsistent. For my introduction into the Chase family I decided to open an account in person with a sign up bonus in hand. Walked in on a Saturday morning and got situated with almost no delay. After the standard documentation my account was created. In and out no problem. The sign up bonus didn't apply within the allotted time frame so I went in person to reassess.
