Best for in-person contact, phone line is inconsistent. For my introduction into the Chase family I decided to open an account in person with a sign up bonus in hand. Walked in on a Saturday morning and got situated with almost no delay. After the standard documentation my account was created. In and out no problem. Amazing team and great people to deal with.
Unlike Sasquatch I know for a fact that Chase Manhattan has opened branch locations in the Thriving Metropolis of Nashua, NH. Sadly they seem to be lacking staff because call after call go unanswered and I am told "we are sorry...call again, goodbye." I can take my literally dozens of dollars of business elsewhere.
