The ATM is closed Saturday / Sunday too. Unreasonable and inconvenient.
So there’s nothing wrong with the bank itself or the majority of the employees there- my main issue was with the security guard, the big black lady, who is extremely rude, judgmental and highly lacking in customer service skills. They would do a world of good by letting her go cause she’s easily the weakest link there.
