Terrible, the "bank manager " apparently was in a mood this morning. . He told me they don't take 3rd party checks. He would not explain the situation just said we don't do that and walked off. .. I call the 800 number, they said not true. I decided to try a different bank, and they took my third party check and deposited. Very disrespectful!
Why are the chase customers who, supposedly are allowed atm access after hours, NOT ABLE TO ACCESS THE ATM?!?!?!!! After all it is my money.... or is it????? 🤔😤😡😠🤬
The branch manager is really unprofessional with a nasty attitude problem. Chase you all need to do better with allowing just anybody to manage yall branches ! Will not be returning this branch again ! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE !
