I came here to open a account 2 different times they act like they didn’t want to help me especially the manager he was quick to make my appointment for another day then when I did come a few min late because of work (no one was there waiting for help) she comes to me after I already told her I was running late she says “what time was your appointment? Waited 30 minutes to try to open a business bank account. According to staff, they can only open one business account per day. Smh.
I had a profoundly frustrating experience at the Chase branch located at 103 E 125th St, New York, NY 10035. On my first visit, I was informed by a bank manager named Rosemary that they were unable to open a new account at that time and was advised to return in two days. Despite this, I took time off work and returned as requested. However, upon my return, Rosemary was again unhelpful.
