Absolute joke! APPARENTLY THEY DEAL WITH ISSUES LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF SEVERAL TRANSACTIONS THEN PREVENTED ME FROM TRANSFERING MY MONEY FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER before locking me out of my entire account and gave me no access to my money or account. YOUR MONEY IS NOT YOUR MONEY WITH CHASE BANK, THEY'RE A SCAM WHICH IS WHY THEY PAY YOU $300 TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. Great service and very friendly teller
I went to withdraw some cash as my debit card was compromised. The teller was friendly and process to withdraw cash was really quick.
Janet was so great to work with in helping me change my last name to my married name on my account.
