I had a meeting with Vito this morning to set up a checking account. I was a little anxious about it since they sometimes try to upsell you and all that.. but Vito totally got what I was looking for and I was in and out really quickly! Great customer service!
Absolute joke! APPARENTLY THEY DEAL WITH ISSUES LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF SEVERAL TRANSACTIONS THEN PREVENTED ME FROM TRANSFERING MY MONEY FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER before locking me out of my entire account and gave me no access to my money or account. YOUR MONEY IS NOT YOUR MONEY WITH CHASE BANK, THEY'RE A SCAM WHICH IS WHY THEY PAY YOU $300 TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT.
