I was on the phone with a male customer service representative from this location at approximately 4:09pm. I was attempting to open an account & was frustrated. The male rep became frustrated as well & hung up the phone on me. I then went to the branch in person. Not only was I told I couldn’t open an account today but the Assistant Branch Manager Cheryl Ray gave me her card & did nothing about it. I think this was a true display of the J.P. Best bank ever!!! Great people. Great customer service
Wanted to take some cash but ATM is closed. I opened with Chase in 2011 due to convenience but highly disappointed due to current lack of branches. Additionally I do not want to walk too far to another branch after recovering from a fractured right foot. Highly inconvenient and they don’t care about their customers. Take your money somewhere else but they are too big to care.
I have taken the best banking service in this branch for all of my life. Because my English was not so good, Mrs Dvali explained me all the details slowly, and tried to be sure that I have understand all perfectly. Because i have solved all my banking problems, I am happy to be a customer of Chase Bank.
