Good with points interest too high
Had a great experience opening new accounts here, thanks to Nicholas N. Upon entering, I was greeted by a gentleman greeter who was welcoming and efficient. Nicholas, the banker I worked with, was courteous and knowledgeable about all the accounts and helped me set them up quickly and easily. He even helped me set up my Chase app so I could create a savings goal and check my credit score. Highly recommend working with Nicholas and this branch for the attentive service and experienced bankers.
Staff doesn't understand that any legal document can be notarized since a notary is to prove identity. Teller said they can't notarize a legal contract simply because the "Notary Public" phrase is not written on the document. I hope a manager educates the staff.
