Love this branch very good staff they know me by name very friendly. Awesome thank you.
My experience at this Chase bank was more than welcoming. We were helped by an employee named Andrew Koch. This man was more than professional and charismatic, he provided more than superb service while making us laugh as well. He definitely deserves a raise or at least recognition because he made our “oh dang we have to go to the bank” to, “Man, we’re having a good time here!” His services were beyond my expectations and I believe he needs to be recognized for that. We drove up from hot springs and got there at 11:25am on a Saturday but everyone was leaving and they closed the store. We weren't able to get in contact with anyone on the phone and we've been struggling to get the proper information and help in getting my money from an account I closed with them two months ago. This is very frustrating. I verified on multiple different platforms including the chase locate website to make sure we came at a time they were open because it's a trip for us and we don't have very much free time ... read more
