The people who work inside this branch are so amazing every single time. But I cannot make it in time to make deposits so I use the ATM. I have now gone to the ATM at this branch 6 times in the past week to make a deposit into my account and the ATM hasn’t been working. That is very inconvenient considering I have to go to another ATM all the way on the other side of 87th street to make my deposit when I don’t go that way and it is out of my way. This needs to be addressed ASAP.
Refuses to cash checks from their own bank! I waited several minutes for help from someone who was on their cell phone just to have them tell me they wouldn't cash a check from one of their accounts, that I would have to go to my bank and have it held for 10 days.
Nunca te quieren abrir una cuenta nueva estas personas no quieren trabajar el manager tiene que ponerlos a que justifiquen su sueldo siempre rebotan a las personas con excusas para no trabajar mala atención al público, además no hay nadie que hable español o si la hay dicen que no hay para no atender
The touchscreen on the ATM outside does not work as of a few days ago I told staff. It still doesn’t work today and they don’t even have a sign on it that says it’s not working. (A few days after this review it DID work outside.)
