The ATM has been busted for weeks. Things happen, but putting a sign on it would be smart. Once you put your card into the broken ATM, you just have to sit there and wait for it to release the card, trapped. People are lining up at this ATM and all having a time-wasting, frustrating experience - that a sign taped to the ATM would eliminate. 5 star service otherwise.
Horrible branch. Need to show my ID for a deposit and some quarters not even a withdrawal I have the chase account number memorized and both accounts debit cards on phone. This is now the reason I am pulling my accounts and moving to Bank of America.
