Customer service there is horrible! They have one teller and 4 other people just standing around greeting, I guess they don’t know how to make change?
I had a great experience with Phillip. He is very informative, quick to find information, and was very patient. I highly recommend using Chase as well. So far it has been very simple and the app is even more simple. 5 stars for Chase, 10 stars for Phillip.
