I set an appointment for 1230. Got there and waited for 25 or 30 minutes ended up leaving and not telling anybody because I don’t have time to be waiting around for somebody to get out of a meeting or whatever when I specifically had an appointment so I can get in and out and nobody ever reached out to me and they don’t answer their phones so I wouldn’t bank here if it was the only bank in town
I would like to thank Leonard for his excellent service yesterday when he helped me open my bank account. He was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process.
