I went to deposit money last night, but the ATM swallowed it. I panicked and went to this bank the next morning to ask for help. The staff was very helpful. The bank manager quickly resolved my issue. This is the fastest bank I've ever encountered, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Do not service commercial clients well. This branch never has a notary. I wish that Chanse Bank would take there customers relationship serious and help service other business.
Alex Fernandez was very nervous. Needs work on the hospitality side.
They NEVER answer the phone and they put 10 day holds on mobile check deposits. I can see 3-5 days but 10 is a bit excessive. Closed my account
Worst decision I have made to open a business account with chase this branch. They never were able to help with any issue i had. They said they will call back and they never do. They blocked transactions, and no one could figure out why after multiple calls. I asked them for a simple letterhead with bank account info and they couldn't figure out.
