I experienced terrible customer service today. Janiffer should not be in a position that involves interacting with customers. When I entered the brunch, I greeted her with a "good afternoon," but she simply glanced at me and turned away. After completing my deposit, I said thank you, yet she didn’t respond and walked away. This behavior is unacceptable and not how customers should be treated.
I always have an exceptional experience at the Warminster Chase Bank location! It’s rare to find a branch where the staff is consistently attentive, courteous, and professional. The fact that I live out of town and am willing to pass by multiple Chase branches just to go here speaks volumes about the high level of service I receive. Great experience, I was helped right away. I went in for credit card help after I had trouble applying online. Jillian was very helpful and knowledgeable on what to do.
Jillian was a great help to me! She was so sweet and explained everything in clear terms that I could understand. I will certainly will be coming back to see her and your branch soon.
