Long lines poor customer service and to boot No manager to help anybody out I actually went and knocked on every door looking for one just to be told nobody knew where he was. I experienced terrible customer service today. Janiffer should not be in a position that involves interacting with customers. When I entered the brunch, I greeted her with a "good afternoon," but she simply glanced at me and turned away. After completing my deposit, I said thank you, yet she didn’t respond and walked away. This behavior is unacceptable and not how customers should be treated.
I always have an exceptional experience at the Warminster Chase Bank location! It’s rare to find a branch where the staff is consistently attentive, courteous, and professional. The fact that I live out of town and am willing to pass by multiple Chase branches just to go here speaks volumes about the high level of service I receive.
