Horrible customer service experience here. I accidentally left my debit card after hours when mKing a cash deposit. Bank called to tell me, and I said I'd pick up same day. Circumstances prevented that, and when I came in next day, I was told my card was destroyed as per policy. No one ever mentioned that to me, and it was going to take some time to get a new one ordered. I had parked with my car running and dog inside. Not waiting, poor communication, just not good.
