The teller lied straight to my face I've been banking with these guys for about 6 months I got a paycheck from work because my routing number was off so they wrote me a check I go up there and try to cash my check the teller waits till I have signed it and handed it over along with my ID to inform me that I'm going to have to wait 5 days and that she can't just cash it out right there so I said okay well I guess just give me my check back so I can go to Walmart or something her exact words were I will stamp this endorsement ... read more
I went in to open an account and I was told that only one person there was able to open accounts and he was busy for the rest of the day with one person, it’s 3:33pm, very hard to believe that only that person can open a checking account
I've been here twice so far. Each time has been in and out very quickly and everyone has been very friendly.
After dealing with another difficult bank, I went in to get my funds transferred over and the branch manager was beyond patient and helpful. She was able to get my account issues resolved and my funds transferred over. Great customer service and painless experience!
