It amazes me how many customer blames the branch or bank employees for things that was caused by their own negligence or financial mistakes. I'd like to give recognition to Taylor S for her professional and courteous help in resolving a small issue I had. She was an absolute delight to have met and served by. Rare these days to find a personal banker that cares and has compassion and patience. Honorable mentioned to Joseph for his warm welcome and kind prompt greeting. Kudos to both of them!!! AAA+++
Samantha is so nice there. I just opened a new account and she explained me everything in detail about how to use the app, benefits, credits card etc. I’m very happy with the customer experience.

The customer service when you set up a new account is pathetic. They ask you for an account number when you are trying to sign up for an account. I got my account set up but they refused to help because they wanted to use my old phone number. I can’t talk to anyone locally without driving to a branch. This is just awful customer service. I am going to go to the branch to close my account because the CS experience out of the gate is among the worst I have ever experienced.
