I’ve gotten serviced by multiple banks and chase bank at 5205 west broad street has the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten every time I go in there. They rush you. Don’t care about you. If they can OPT out of helping you, they always will. The Caucasian telller is mean. The mixed race female baker is even worse and the worse part of the manager (an Asian lady) doesn’t do anything about it. I went to Bank of America across the street where I will stay . They’re services are way better and more trust worthy
Went in there today to try to put money into an account that I opened back in May because I never put funds into the account. They closed it in one of bank tellers told me to go online and sign up again but when I tried to do that, it said I had a account still open so I called customer service and they told me that I would only be able to reopen account at the bank which I drove 15 minutes out my way to go to the bank for the lady to tell me to go online to reopen another account instead of telling me that they could help m... read more
This was solved by the teller, was the greeter who told me the systems were all the same and they couldn’t help. They could and did help. Always be persistent.
Fraudulent UCC filing on a business account and not a single person can help.
