I genuinely hate this location so much the atm is so slow
I went into Chase this morning and was immediately met by an advisor, every office cubicle had someone working in it. She helped me with foreign bank issue, and even looked over my accounts to see if she could help me save money! I am so glad to see people working again! One of the reasons we left Wells Fargo was because the customer service had declined so much.
The service has always been helpful and courteous there. I also feel very secure with my funds there. Recently, a check was stolen from where I live, and Andrew recommended and assisted me in getting a new checking account number, and doing all of the other things necessary in making that transition. He assisted me thoroughly in helping me to understand and see the changes being made. I felt much more secure afterwards.
