I walked into the branch 5minutes before 4pm to open a new account and move my funds from my current bank provider. I was greeted and was told to go online to establish an account because there’s 1 appointment waiting. I understand being short staffed is an issue, but as a branch manager I feel as if they should take care of their existing customer as much as their new ones. I’m happy to take my business anywhere but chase.
I called 3 times, and no one answered.
It is the worst bank to serve customers, especially if we are Latinos
