Shaminah and Dan were very helpful when I needed to open an estate account after my mom passed away. I went to a different Chase location initially and they essentially lied to me and said out-of-state estate accounts weren't possible and to go to Michigan to deal with my affairs. Dan and Shaminah were refreshingly helpful and put to rest the nonsense the PA branch in Doylestown was peddling...
