This was my first time opening an account with Chase, and unfortunately the experience was pretty disappointing. The agent who assisted me never informed me that a soft credit pull would be done. I was clear from the beginning that I wanted both a checking and a savings account. After the first soft pull was done without my knowledge or permission, she then told me that another soft pull would be required for the savings account. I walked into Chase on Poplar and was promptly greeted with a friendly warm & sincere smile from Ms. Sheree she answered all my questions. She suggested that I meet with Marcus McChriston who patiently guided me through all my concerns. He honored serval follow up appointments with me on time with great care & professionalism. Last month I had to switch banks, and I’ll admit I was hesitant at first. I already had Chase credit cards, but the $900 promotion for opening both a checking and savings account made it worth considering. My first attempt was at another branch, but they were fully booked and referred me to the Germantown location—and honestly, I’m glad they did.
