I, like many of you, was excited when I saw Chase banks opening throuought our State. This euphoria was all too brief. Every Chase bank I've ever been to in Arkansas has been staffed by what appears to be unparented Gen Z'ers with little to know concept of what money is, how it works, or the status of its ownership. Lines are terrible. Customer service is non-existent. This particular location is a testament to modern incompetence with its complete lack of an exterior ATM. So, yeah.
