I loved the smiles and the energy of the whole staff and helped me with my issue in only a matter of a few minutes.
The whole team here is AMAZING!! Shout out to Chris the Banker and Rick the Branch Manager!! Had to move banks and they helped me with everything I needed to do so. The Teller ( a very nice lady) helped with all my questions on my transfers and deposits. Grateful with the kind of professionalism and quality customer service, speaks a lot of the management team!!
Bank ANYWHERE but Chase. This location SUCKS! They deposited my paycheck, a cashiers check because the direct deposit failed. They then deposited the CASHIERS CHECK and held it. Held my paycheck heck for a week. This has left me unable to pay bills, put gas in my car- leaving me unable to work- and I cannot feed my kids. This bank SUCKS! Unwilling to help- unwilling to budge but more than willing to charge me overdraft fees for my auto drafts - even though they have my money.
