I had a very frustrating experience while attempting to deposit cash at this location’s ATM. The machine failed to complete the deposit, displayed an error message, and instructed me to call a customer service number. When I sought assistance from a bank employee, I was informed that the ATM is serviced by a third party, and that I would need to file a claim. I loved the smiles and the energy of the whole staff and helped me with my issue in only a matter of a few minutes.
The whole team here is AMAZING!! Shout out to Chris the Banker and Rick the Branch Manager!! Had to move banks and they helped me with everything I needed to do so. The Teller ( a very nice lady) helped with all my questions on my transfers and deposits. Grateful with the kind of professionalism and quality customer service, speaks a lot of the management team!!
