Excellent service...very happy with their service.... friendly staff
Terrible customer service. They're closing my account in 5 days for no reason and when I came to get the funds out but they're telling me I can't and I have to wait 10 business days after they close it to get a check with the funds. They basically froze my money and now I don't have a way to get the money until 3 weeks from now!
ATM does not work
The branch manager Bree and the teller Lakeisha at this branch on 9th Street in Durham NC are the most unprofessional and discourteous staff that we’ve ever experienced. I have several accounts for my companies at Chase. So I sent an employee into this branch to deposit a cashier check to one of my business accounts. The teller Lakeisha did not inform my employee that there would be a 10 day hold on the cashier check if deposited. Had a great experience with this branch. I had messed up my pin and went in for help. The Branch Manager took me into her office and got everything fixed. She was so friendly and helpful! The tellers were extremely friendly as well.
