This is an excellent branch. HUGE shout out and props to Katelyn Thrasher, she’s been absolutely instrumental in handling my needs as the executor of an out-of-state estate. She helped me open the account, notarized documents when needed, worked with me to get to the bottom of dozens of questions, deposited checks (no mobile deposits for estate accounts), and then helped me close everything out. One of the worst experiences I have had has been with this bank. I had a transAmerica check cashed here 2 times before and now I have gone to two separate location. Absolutely insane Chase is the bank for the check but keep telling me to call TransAmerica to have them do something with the check. TransAmerica has no clue what they are talking about Other branch got it solved with no issue Nice ladies though
The two occasions i’ve visited were smooth, I had the same two employees who were very helpful and nice! I easily deposited a check and withdrew money a few days later for a new car.
