All a good front for customer service until you need real customer. I do not reccomend this bank as a whole. The local branch has little or no ability to work out real ptoblems. Checks deposited are subject to holds for various reasons. This one is flagged due to BBT Bank merge with Suntrust, Now known as Truist.
Shania helped me open up a bank account and honestly, I’ve never received such outstanding service anywhere…. Thank you again for the amazing customer service that you gave and thank you so much for helping me set up my account. I was in and out literally within 20 minutes. Everything was done.
