No good customer service, for Bensalem branch…
I've been to this bank multiple times and I have nothing but good feedback on this location and their employees, especially an employee, Parvina. Thank you so much for your expanded knowledge and for always answering my endless questions with kindness and patience. I recently moved to Philadelphia so the assistance she has given me each time I go there has made me feel so welcomed. For anyone who's looking for a good chase bank in Bensalem area, I'd definitely recommend visiting.
Visited this morning (Monday) seems short staff for front desk clerk, only one counter were open, had to wait over 15 min, should be easy in and out for all your banking business on work days, kudos to have this facility clean and specious and ample parking, but can be better in teller counters. Hope to see it’s improved next visit.
I don’t recommend this bank they hold my employees check issued form my business account since 3 months and not giving him anything written
I visited this location for the first time today with my 1 year old son. The staff were amazing, understanding, caring and supportive. Michelle saw me walking in with the baby through the glass and ran to the door to open it for me. She was extremely polite and got me assistance immediately to a young lady, I believe her name is Payton, a well educated and respectful 19 year old college girl who’s very knowledgeable.
