Terrible customer service, 4 people working, all without a customer at the time, no one was interested in helping me. I was sent away being told everyone was too busy to help me. You lost business Chase bank
The worst customer service of any bank. Long lines at the branch and even closing my account took multiple visits and calls.
I was having trouble with my account and couldn't solve the problem. Gina was super helpful and stayed on the problem calling back multiple times to make sure we got it resolved. Terrific staff!
