I went in on Friday, May 30th to dispute an interest charge on a previously paid off balance; I was met with an individual by the name of Quinton H. at the Liberty Branch. I explained the situation to him and then presented my ID for verification. I came in 7/15 and worked with Mike about opening a new credit card. Mike was incredibly patient with my questions and changing my mind about which card I wanted information about. He explained everything very clearly and I never felt pressured to go in any direction. Left with essentially the result I was hoping for. Thanks Mike!

We worked with Dwight. I would never, ever recommend Chase bank for numerous reasons, but Dwight put the icing on the cake. Chase has very weird policies that they fail to tell you about. There isn't any benefit of using them over other banks. NONE. If a married couple opens up an account, only one person has access from the app. It's 2024, this policy is beyond me. If someone has a credit card with a spouse, it needs to be a joint policy where each user has app access. Seems very simple, and Dwight never ever mentioned this... read more
