They went above and beyond to help me the few times I went here. They made me feel like I was a great asset they made me feel welcomed!
Terrible service. I wanted to update my checking account details and I had all the required documents. One of them I only had on my phone and they asked me to bring a printed copy because they said that they didn't have a printer in the bank. Later on, they printed the receipt themselves. I have never had such an experience at any other chase branch despite being a customer for 3+ years. Very disappointed.
