How does one give negative stats for a review. This branch has the worst customer service of any bank I’ve used. Consistent attitude from everyone employed. Very very rude

Locked the door on me right at five. I tried calling multiple times an hour before to let them know. I’m on my way. No one answered clearly. Don’t care about the customer here. useless staff.
I have visited this branch 3 times trying to speak to a personal banker and was told I can’t be helped because all three times they’ve had someone call out of work. During one of my attempts the branch manager gave me her card and advised me to call her to schedule an appointment. I was relieved when I pulled up and saw her in her office without a customer in front of her.
