Locked the door on me right at five. I tried calling multiple times an hour before to let them know. I’m on my way. No one answered clearly. Don’t care about the customer here. useless staff.
I have visited this branch 3 times trying to speak to a personal banker and was told I can’t be helped because all three times they’ve had someone call out of work. During one of my attempts the branch manager gave me her card and advised me to call her to schedule an appointment. I was relieved when I pulled up and saw her in her office without a customer in front of her. UPDATE---WENT TO MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES TO STILL NOT HAVING MY NAME CHANGED DUE TO A CLERK ERROR........ All I needed to do was change my name. I was prepared, had all my documents needed to change my name. Wouldn't think it would take no more than 15 minutes??? Soon as I walked in a teller assisted me and took my documents had me wait in the waiting area for about 15 minutes. When the banker that needed to help me wasn't helping anyone at that time.
