This was the worst experince in banking I’ve ever had. Tried to open an estate account, and they made it as difficult as possible. I finally gave up and going somewhere else. You call them and can’t get a live person, have to schedule an appointment to talk to anyone. Then they are rude and and don’t cross train anyone. Customer service extremely poor.
I have visited this Chase branch three times, and each experience has been frustrating. My first visit was to change my name on my account. I brought the documents I was told were required, only to be informed that they were not sufficient and that I would need to return with additional documentation. The next day, on my second visit, I requested again a new debit card with my updated name and submitted an address change.
