While I appreciate that the branch manager was willing to help us open our new account, the execution fell short. She was unfamiliar with the setup process and had to call outside support for assistance. More importantly, my business debit card was mailed to the wrong address, which caused a multi-day delay in receiving it. I appreciate the willingness to help, but the lack of process knowledge and attention to detail was frustrating.

We had a wonderful experience with Perla at chase bank cumming branch. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made our banking experience smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and support. This was the worst experince in banking I’ve ever had. Tried to open an estate account, and they made it as difficult as possible. I finally gave up and going somewhere else. You call them and can’t get a live person, have to schedule an appointment to talk to anyone. Then they are rude and and don’t cross train anyone. Customer service extremely poor.
