All I needed to do was change my name. I was prepared, had all my documents needed to change my name. Wouldn't think it would take no more than 15 minutes??? Soon as I walked in a teller assisted me and took my documents had me wait in the waiting area for about 15 minutes. When the banker that needed to help me wasn't helping anyone at that time. One of the best bank managers I have ever met. Had to visit the branch for a CC application verification. Mr. J went the extra mile to get it approved for me and stayed with me till the end. Highly recommend. Excellent service.
Zachary Morgan was able to help us on two different visits to make a transfer of money from Chase Bank to another bank just across the road.
