I have visited this Chase branch three times, and each experience has been frustrating. My first visit was to change my name on my account. I brought the documents I was told were required, only to be informed that they were not sufficient and that I would need to return with additional documentation. The next day, on my second visit, I requested again a new debit card with my updated name and submitted an address change. Great, friendly staff
Definitely wasn't really happy with how this bank conducts business. Had to transfer from an old account to a different bank that I use, the process took well over an hour. Thankfully I no longer bank here! So I can honestly say I will never do business with them again!
