I had a very pleasant and helpful experience at this branch. They were knowledgeable and professional, so a good experience.
This bank is disappointing in terms of business. Advise not to open here. Back office doesn’t even have basics of financial knowledge and not friendly and doesn’t make sense when they talk. Been on rounds for many days to open a bank account and transaction done. Will be closing it in few days. However the staff were friendly and tried to help. Back office just sleeps.

Not so much this branch, but the bank in general. They have so many restrictions on personal accounts. You need to be an investor for one to get any decent service. There's better options in banking
