Let me just start by saying... Tatiana is simply awesome! I showed up without an appointment, she took me in, stayed with me for at least 5 different steps and transactions while juggling with her existing appointments. I was under the gun and she did me a solid and pulled me through. Pure white glove service!
Honestly the worst customer service and experience ever at a bank. I scheduled an appointment to open up an account with chase after hearing so many good things. I was running late to my appointment which I understand that is my fault and when we came in my wife had talked to the manager and apologized that we were running late for our appointment and the manager said it was not a problem and said let me check with Tatiana the banker that we had an appointment with to see if she had time still take care of us and she came ba... read more
