I came to the Bank at 2 o’clock to set up a business account I came at 2 o’clock to Ensure there wasn’t a long line I was approached by a Bank Representative in the most unfriendly manner, as if I was inconveniencing them maybe it was the way I was dressed I don’t know. I went to the office to deposit a check several times they wouldn’t even call their own support team and all they kept saying to me. They’ve been here for 10 years and they know what they’re talking about. Very bad customer service and very rude when you try to get anything done with them.
