I went to the office to deposit a check several times they wouldn’t even call their own support team and all they kept saying to me. They’ve been here for 10 years and they know what they’re talking about. Very bad customer service and very rude when you try to get anything done with them.

Went to this branch because im still displaced from intercoastal from hurricane and it was near my condo im staying at. Needed to get my will notarized and they refused and said they only do bank documents now. I explained this seemed odd since I have used my local branch many times for various notary services the last 10 years. She looked me in the eye and said this is company policy and has been so for a long time at all branches. Well i went to UPS store and it cost me $80 for the whole document.
