Was told they didn't have time to set up a business account at 11am and to come back at 4pm. Meanwhile there's four employees sitting around doing nothing in booths all day. Customer service comes last at Chase. Take your business somewhere else.
Becaureful with the inside ATM ( Not Drive Thru) I deposited cash twice in 2 weeks and the ATM counted me $20 less each time the first time and then the second time again after 2 weeks happened the same. I called customer service for both times to claim , they gave me credit for both times but it looks like there are no re-sponsible peoples to take care and maintain the ATM machines to not say they are doing this on purpose!!!!!!!
I love my Chase bank! I handle all my banking through the app and the Chase ATM's are convenient for deposits and withdrawals!
