My experiences here as a client over the past three years have really been great. My Mom banks with Chase now too, just a much better environment.
I went in at noon on Monday, 7/2/25. They were tied up so they said 20 minutes, I came back and while waiting the guy goes up to a lady who walked in after me and talked to her, took her in his office and just completely skipped me. Rude and unprofessional. If your in the lobby looking qt the TV it's the second door to the right of the TV. Dude just completely skipped me after I was already in the que and waited. Was told they didn't have time to set up a business account at 11am and to come back at 4pm. Meanwhile there's four employees sitting around doing nothing in booths all day. Customer service comes last at Chase. Take your business somewhere else.
