Went to this branch because im still displaced from intercoastal from hurricane and it was near my condo im staying at. Needed to get my will notarized and they refused and said they only do bank documents now. I explained this seemed odd since I have used my local branch many times for various notary services the last 10 years. She looked me in the eye and said this is company policy and has been so for a long time at all branches. Well i went to UPS store and it cost me $80 for the whole document. My experiences here as a client over the past three years have really been great. My Mom banks with Chase now too, just a much better environment.
I went in at noon on Monday, 7/2/25. They were tied up so they said 20 minutes, I came back and while waiting the guy goes up to a lady who walked in after me and talked to her, took her in his office and just completely skipped me. Rude and unprofessional. If your in the lobby looking qt the TV it's the second door to the right of the TV. Dude just completely skipped me after I was already in the que and waited.
