No after hours access to the ATM! 100% SUCKS! Why is that? Then your drive thru ATM is ALWAYS down or messed up to the point that I have had to get 4 "provisional deposits". Once again, why is that?? Is it the location of the branch? Do demographics have anything to do with the lack of access to the ATM post 5pm and weekends? Not fair to people with limited availability to transportation (ride share/public transportation) and have to pay more to go out of their local branch, just to take care of their business. Pushy manager. ATM hasn't worked since I started using the bank. If they don't care about the customers just say that. I'm about to switch banks
The customer service at this location sucks. People are rude, the woman at the counter could not answer anything about my account and said “oh well you should call the 800 #” I will NOT be using this branch again.
