Always understaffed it’s like waiting in the DMV line
I came and was checked in immediately, however I was waiting more than an hour to send money. People was talking in front of me despite they came way after me. Next time I will definitely go to another place.

Every time I come here, the older lady always takes care of me. Super sweet and always feels welcomed. But as of lately I get assisted by Some new girl by never offers candy or say any greetings, she offered the gentleman in front of me candy. She didn’t bother saying hello/welcome in/thank you/ have a good day. Rude, teach your employees customer service.
I hope and I would appreciate if someone in corporate America would see this message please the people that work at this bank are good people, but please give them some more help aka staff where customers can freely walk in and take care of their needs whether they need to depositing a check get cash or simply handling any other financial needs This location has been run with skeletons crew for far too long. please get some people in the door who are qualified and trained so you don’t overwork the good people that work at th... read more
