customer service is terrible & rude.
The experience I had today was disappointing the banker was not helpful nor welcoming she was condescending and truthfully a little snooty. First impressions matter, this one was was horrid and I will not be bringing business to Chase because of my experience at this branch.
As a new Chase customer, I came in genuinely excited to learn about the additional services the bank offers and what sets Chase apart from other financial institutions. I was also interested in opening a business account. Unfortunately, after my experience today, I have decided not to do business with this branch. My interaction with the banker was extremely disappointing. She was demeaning in the way she spoke to me, unfriendly, unwelcoming, and offered very little assistance.
