Im really surprised to see these reviews here on Google.. I had a wonderful experience Today at this Chase location Latrice C. Helped me and was an absolute pleasure to do business with .. We talked credit, Life, our backgeounds even about owls (lol)..She was very resourceful and knowledgeable in her position and Very personable. I look foward to doing business with her and Chase in the future . THANK YOU LATRICE
It doesn’t cost a thing to be polite and nice. They all have attitude at this location. If you hate the job, quit it. Reminder: it’s a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. If you think You’re too good for it , walk away. Y’all need Jesus
