Staff is always welcoming and friendly
Very nice helpful tellers.
Never use this bank. Customer service will tell you one thing and it won't even be true. To top it off, they'll also make you wait past your appointment time and bounce you between bankers before even bothering to tell you anything. They failed to tell me they were no longer offering college checking accounts and failed to tell me that I would be unable to change my graduation date after creation. I wanted to open a business account- I was waiting there and one tall African-American guy came out. Don’t have proper Chase bank dress code- When he saw his name is not on the list he escaped me and told me to come later and took another customer. If you don’t know how to Open a business account or can’t help me then pass it to someone else. Why hungry to take another customer? Very disappointing
