I was trying to connect throughout phone number provided by bank on there website. After trying morethan 10 times, no one picking up the call. unfortunately, it seems like bank is running by zombies. Pathetic very pathetic customer service. They can’t provide /updates a correct phone number, then what services you can expect from them.

My apartment complex was trying to charge me almost $100 in fees due to a returned payment that should have not been returned. I come to this bank at least once every 2 weeks, as my job has me make deposits. I have always been helped by Aniya. She is so patient and kind. Bank runs can be dreadful but she makes every single experience amazing. She is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure I get exactly what I need as quickly as possible. She makes my bank runs more enjoyable, thank you Aniya
