I wanted to open a business account- I was waiting there and one tall African-American guy came out. Don’t have proper Chase bank dress code- When he saw his name is not on the list he escaped me and told me to come later and took another customer. If you don’t know how to Open a business account or can’t help me then pass it to someone else. Why hungry to take another customer? Very disappointing
Poor experience. The teller gave attitude and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking for help. To top it off, they failed to disclose the fee associated with the service.
Chase Bank has some solid strengths, especially its wide network of branches and ATMs, which makes banking pretty convenient. Their mobile app is easy to use and generally reliable, which is a big plus. That said, customer service can be hit or miss depending on the branch, and fees can add up if you’re not careful. Overall, it’s a decent bank with good tools, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I am very disappointed at the customer service that I received at this branch today. Especially after banking with chase for 30+ years. I walked in today to speak with a banker, I was told by the teller to have a seat and wait for a banker. All I needed to do was add my daughter’s name to my account. Waiting patiently, I see the banker finish with a customer in the office, he hangs around in the office, come out greet a customer that he knew that was waiting in line and chit chat before he proceeds to the back.
