Love this branch. Every time I’ve been here I have an easy, enjoyable experience. The staff smiles, asks what you need, the lobby is open and peaceful. Josue specifically is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I took my husband today and he said he’s had a great experience. We’re switching him to Chase too.
Some tellers need customer service training. I'll wait longer to avoid the rude ones.
Came in doors open and people inside. I came to open an account but this lady kept making up items on why she couldn’t just because they were about to close . Believe me I get it but I wanted to start service with Chase but couldn’t because they rather leave for the day then to open account . I was already in and waiting . I'm a longterm customer with JP Morgan chase bank and being happy with them 03/13 Is the worst day I experience with this location they change new employee (Paula)with no experience expecially Teller young lady she act like own the world to herself treat me badly I was always cash out and make transaction thru them.My wire process with banker is pretty well.I don't recommand to go there unless you are certain of pp they will basically treat you like a criminal.Worst of the worst place to visit .
