Went to open an account. No one available. Was asked to return in 20 min. That was at 2:15 pm. Was offered 2:30 or 2;45 for an appt. Chose 2:30. Went to grab a bite. Came back at 2:32. Was told Evan was eating his lunch would only be a few more minute's. Why did you offer 2;30 if he would still be at lunch. Rude. Was told sit in our car finish eating and even brought out waters to our car. 2:45 came back in. No one in the lobby. Stood there a few minutes. Love this branch. Every time I’ve been here I have an easy, enjoyable experience. The staff smiles, asks what you need, the lobby is open and peaceful. Josue specifically is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I took my husband today and he said he’s had a great experience. We’re switching him to Chase too.
Some tellers need customer service training. I'll wait longer to avoid the rude ones.
