Chase on Albemarle Rd is one of the worst customer service banks I've ever had to deal with. No call backs, gives you the run around, and tries to hold onto your money. I don't suggest this bank to ANYONE!!!
On day 8 of having a business checking account and prob my worst decision this year alone to open up with this bank. Awful customer service and you’ll spend 1 hr a day every day for the past 7 days trying to make purchases as low as $40 dollars. Why would anyone need a business account here when you can’t even spend or move your own money I wrote this review 30 days ago and my point still stands. I have now ran into operational costs that have been caused my this bank. Please avoid this place at all costs!
My first and last experience at the Albemarle Road branch with the so call Branch Manager Rafael Solis was the worst unprofessional rude Customer Service BS.I have ever experienced at that location.(Beware)of him
