Had a super easy time at this chase, Mr. Ramirez got us in and out in no time. He caught that we possibly had credit fraud on a couple of my wife's transactions and got her a new card the very next day. He was super professional and quick, I have a chase much closer to my house than this but I may have to just keep coming back here!
Went to close my account and with an EMPTY lobby I still had to wait over 20 minutes and finally went to the teller myself. After that the employee came out of their office to offer assistance. I was done at that point. The teller was competent.I would not say friendly. Having been a banking with chase for over five years, I was the relief that I felt to never have to go back into that building or have to deal with any of their customer service. I spoke with someone from this branch a few days ago. I thought | was calling the one in South Park but could not confirm that with the rep who answered. I asked her which town the branch was in and she said it was Charlotte. I said I knew that but what part of Charlotte? There are a couple locations in Charlotte. Was it SouthPark.. Cotswold... Terrible literally came to open a business account on Friday 23rd. I got there at 4:30 the lady who came over had such an attitude. I get you want to leave by 5 sis. But business is business and it takes only 15-30 minutes to open an account. She kept constantly reminding me how long I would have to wait. And how long the process would take. I could already tell this isn’t the place for me. Just by the way she looked at me as if I didn’t belong there. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
