Not soo much people it's good
Helpful staff, quick service.
HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE FOR NOTARY. We went to Adryan and he completely messed it up. I overnighted my closing documents on our home just to find out it was done wrong and we can't close on our house on time. Unacceptable.
This branch has consistently been more of a pain than a help. Multiple times now I've gone in, been told to wait, no more than 15-20 minutes they say. Meanwhile there are multiple bankers not seeing anyone. They'll take walk-ins ahead of you, even when the walk in shows up two minutes prior. Not what I expect from Chase. Waited an hour and was never seen before leaving.
