This bank is always my favorite to go to. The location is key. Better than that is the staff. I first walked in and met Chaitali Waddhwani the manager to discuss a matter around a deposit release and then we transitioned into a discussion around a home loan. I could not be more impressed with her professionalism and ability to help me out. Thanks again.
I personally dislike this bank so much who asks questions just by how you look. Making them feel so confortable to racial profile you and ask your legal status. So crazy to think a place of “professionals” can act. I should have looked at the reviews before going here!
I've been coming to this branch for a while now. They've handled all sorts of requests I've had over the past year or two: I've opened accounts; exchanged foreign currencies; and even got a new auto loan. They've always been friendly and patient with me. I was just checking the exact address of this branch and was shocked to see their rating being this low.
