Overall, I liked my experience at this branch of Chase Bank in Dana Point. That said, they can be a bit stingy about accepting cash deposits if your coins are scratched up or too discoloured. Otherwise, it is a well-positioned branch with good, prompt service from the tellers.
Doesn't surprise me a bit to see the bad reviews, because I don't have ANYTHING good to say about that branch and I feel for what you people have gone through at this branch and it all seems very believable to me because my experience, though different, has left me livid, at the very least because somebody that didn't have his mind on his job, but more on lunch, so it seemed, cost me my claim and then some.
