I just went to The Erie Chase branch, and they were unable to take my mortgage payment due to the teller being on lunch. I was promptly greeted by two men and they gave me every excuse why I couldn't make a payment, because the teller was at lunch. Keep in mind there was two gentlemen that were greeting customers and not one of them could step away from their post. I even offered to fill out a slip and put in the night drop box, and they recommended I didn't as that was reserved for business use. Very unhelpful. I've written... read more
