Teller gave me false information about my “large” deposit( he said it would be available in 5 days and if not call customer service and they should be able to lift at least a partial of the funds. Therefore, I made payment arrangements with my health insurance provider just to find out my check isn’t clearing for another 5 days. I had a great experience at this branch last Saturday. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Giovanny, who was exceptionally patient and supportive throughout my visit. I wanted to sort out all my bank issues on one Saturday visit, they made many calls requesting help from different divisions.
