Visited yesterday to open an account for my brother. Giovanny was extremely helpul for the process, he guided us through everything from account setup to mobile banking and made it quick and easy. I’ve been with Chase since last year, and he also took the time to update my info, explain how credit works and helped me get approved for my third credit card. 😎 I’m in Buffalo for two weeks and he even arranged delivery to my temporary address for free. Worst Chase branch, longest lines I’ve ever had to wait in at Chase
If I could give Giovanny a 6/5 star rating I would! Extremely helpful and understanding to our business needs and helped us set up our business accounts and sent us to the right team afterwards to set up a Chase POS for the business as well. Thank you so much man you deserve the 5 stars
