I’m sorry to review this, I’m very upset and there are no where I can say it. I was very disappointed the day first my appointment in this location they treated me badly until come out that I’m the owner of my account. Today I wrote a check to my lawyer and they rejected it. Party called me while I’m in my office and finally they called me I ask for manager and got someone told me I have to go in person and also we are now closed and hang up the phone. I love chase Bank And people work in here, they are very nice and friendly and the manager. She is always good with her customer.
They policies are horrible they hold your money for to long and not very pleasant i needed help and they are horrible the atms are locked down at night one staff member said people abuse it thats why but not a good place
