It’s a zoo! The line comes out the bank and up a hill. Hot, crowded and small location.
Worst location. And they locked the door at night so you can’t get to the atm.
This chase locks access to the atm after close. Forcing chase amount holders to use other near by banks because we can’t access it. There are no other chase banks in the area for miles. This then causes us to use the other banks causes us to encore transaction fees from the banks and from Chase itself. It’s rather infuriating and a horrid business practice!!
The Atm machines malfunction frequently and the employees aren't helpful and lack professionalism. Unsafe area as well. Cater to native Spanish speakers and could care less about addressing problems within the branch. Unacceptable
Definitely NOT a great location, junkies are at the door or inside WITH SECURITY GUARDS , always atleast 2 machines not functioning properly and they are the slowest machines I’ve ever used, I expect lines in such a small location but the junkies are a bit much, one stabbed the other over who was gonna beg for money at that door it was horrible..
