I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Chase today. This morning, I used the ATM to deposit nearly **$11,000 in business checks**. The machine accepted all of my checks but never credited them to my account. It also held onto my debit card for several minutes before finally releasing it. I immediately went into the branch and was assured that someone would come out right away to service the ATM and that my deposit would likely be resolved within a few hours.
