Dear Chase Bank Management, I am writing to formally file a complaint about the disgraceful, hostile, and possibly discriminatory treatment my sister and I endured at your 7 Palmer St, Roxbury, MA 02119 branch on July 9, 2025, between 11:40 AM and 12:00 PM, at the hands of your employee named Aires (or Irish). I came on a Tuesday and there were 3 people “working”. They said they could help me in a few minutes, but stayed behind the counter just talking to each other about work commutes etc. I waited for 15 minutes and left. There were two other people who came in behind me. No one was helped. What a waster of a beautiful building
Chase is always great. Even if this branch got bad review, I'm sure it is still better than any other banks in the area.
