I went to this location the other day and was to withdraw $31.00 so I had to go inside to a teller. I was greeted very warmly by a beautiful young lady by the name of Ami. During the transaction we began talking about the current economic state and how hard it is. I informed her that I had been out of work for a while but I start a new position soon. Came here and the atm machine is closed can’t even get in what’s the point of having a card if chase is deactivating the doors in a big city like this is absolutely astounding!!!!!! Now I’m stranded looking for another chase atm @ 3am in the morning!!!!!!
Could be better. They always seem busy and we feel like an afterthought. Sorry for interrupting your lunch kinda feel. Also, we had a racial incident with them, and the manager mended it. But the recent incident in Atlanta puts it in a new light.
