On July 31, 2025, I found myself in a state of panic as I walked into Chase Bank at 7045 Beracasa Way in Boca Raton. I had just discovered that my account number had been stolen, resulting in nearly $8,000 being withdrawn from my account. As I entered Jack Maya’s office, I was desperate for help. The tellers are fine, but to deal with anyone in the offices customer service is horrible. Today is the last time I will ever step foot in that bank again.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to open a new account as an existing customer and was told they did not have time to help me. They did not offer to schedule an appointment or guide me to a different branch. I am now questioning removing all my accounts from chase after this terrible customer service.
