I absolutely love Chase. This branch is the absolute worst one in the area. Just keep driving and go to the next location. The manager is a rude and disrespectful and the banker is just a mess. 3rd time coming here and having an issue. Steer clear!
I had to visit this branch three times for a very simple issue with a service fee on my checking account. My first two appointments were with banker Alejandro Rodriguez Giraldo, and both times I was left waiting 20+ minutes past my scheduled time. When I finally mentioned the delay, he laughed and said he doesn’t check his appointments. That is very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful of customers time, especially when we come during work hours and schedule appointments to avoid waiting. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I drive out of my way to goto a branch that is further away so that I don’t have to deal with them.
