I like this branch. I have always been treated well. I get notified when there is a question, and it's always from someone who knows exactly what to do. Never rude, always helpful.
This used to be my favorite bank location, but the recent 1 star reviews say it all. The staff were unprofessional and provided inconsistent information. They wasted my time by making me visit twice, only to tell me again that they could not open an account for my mom. If they were unable to open an account, this should have been clearly communicated during my first visit.
