Waited over an hours and still wasn’t helped.very bad costumer service. Staff kept assisting people who came in after me. This is a wrong location
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Chase Bank location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff, despite the fact that male customers who entered after me were greeted promptly and respectfully. This was not only unprofessional, but it also felt discriminatory and dismissive. In particular, Angela, one of the employees, had a noticeably unwelcoming attitude.
