I stopped by this branch today to open a business account and was greeted by an incredibly kind and professional teller who was able to fit me in at the last minute. I really appreciated her help and positive attitude. I also want to recognize the branch manager, who was fantastic: friendly, professional, and easy to speak with. I am a chase customer. I opened my account in Roland Park where I get excellent service, however; when I went to Smith Ave last Friday I spent 40 minutes trying to cash my paycheck (employer also uses Chase) the way I do every week, the young lady told me that she could not cash it even though she could see that my employer had plenty of funds to cover it. Get new management. Fix your machines and software. It’s always out of service. Horrible branch
The staff was rude and unwelcoming toward my mother when she was trying to open a checking account. She took her business elsewhere.
