I have visited this bank 3 times in the span of a week to open a new bank account. Each time, I was promised they would get me in the next time I visited but was denied of the promise each time. I was recommended this branch my one of my doctors. I opened a bank account with an entirety different bank that isn't Chase. Don't have high expectations at this location.
Don't go to this parking lots around city of Avon!!!! your parking camera made wrong charge of $97, it is illigal by violation of the Driver Privacy Protection Act (DPPA).
Jason, the branch manager made my banking experience as pleasant and efficient as possible. I returned to the branch the following week with a few questions and an issue. He happily helped answer my questions and swiftly resolved my issues. Extremely professional, competent, knowledgeable, and sincere. Great follow-up and outstanding disposition.
