A great bank, I just wish they would trim the tree before the ATM, so it doesn't scratch cars.
It’s great to have a new Chase bank location open up in the Southtowns. My first time in and it won’t be my last. This bank is bright, clean and cheery. I didn’t feel like I was even inside of a bank because there were cute dog photos all over. I had to update my accounts so I needed some in person help for this visit. I didn’t wait very long and was helped quickly. Big shoutout to Reginald for his quick and efficient service! I needed a business account created within a couple of hours on the 31st of Dec and after calling a few banks/Chase branches, I had no hope! When I called the Hamburg branch, Reginald moved very quickly, working with me over the phone and subsequently in person and get everything setup in time. In a couple of hours, I had my account opened, linked and a couple of transfers done.
