The absolute worst bank branch of any bank ive ever been to. The manager has special needs and shouldnt have any customer service interaction job in any capacity in any industry. These people are beyond clueless and socially inept. They are beyond rude and and are simpletons. They are incapable of the simplest of tasks and are rude to boot. Dysfunctionsl people that dont have a clue about anything.
Truly considering canceling my entire Chase Saphire Reserved membership because their customer service is completely terrible. They transfer you over to the wrong team 4-5 times, it’s seldom that you come across a knowledgeable representative on the phone, and you have to do so much manual work when the representatives can find the information easily in your profile. Overall very lazy customer service from my experience as a member calling in for services.
I felt questioned when trying to withdraw my money. Not a good feeling!
I just got badly insulted at the Chase Bank in 106 N Washington St, Alexandria, VA 22314 The branch manager was extremely rude. I am closing out my Chase Private Client account now and moving to a high yield interest account
