Very Informative about financial services available!
I made the mistake of opening a checking and savings acct. I needed to have checks made. I needed a rounting number to have checks made. (In 10 pieces of bank paperwork NOWHERE was there a routing numberI) It took me nearly an hour speak to ANY person--countless auto messenges--sorry, nobody here to speak with you [even tho it's in the middle of a business day] try again (if you're stupid enough). No walk in
Worst customer service I've experienced. I was trying to close out my mom's IRA. I made an appointment for today and had already confirmed, after my mom's death that my sister and I are both beneficiaries. No one would sit down with me to talk it over. I was instead told that my mom must've taken me off before she died. Well, I got in touch with chase people who weren't disgusting and holy cow?!?! 😳 I AM listed. Thanks for making me get up and get my kid ready to be jerks to me.
