I went in to set up a checking account and the gentleman was extremely rude! I will not be banking here!
Do not work with them they lie and are very unprofessional
All the staff are great, Omar is fantastic
Didn’t tell me about secure bank account for students, ended up paying monthly fees for no reason, very upset with the banker. I thought he was incompetent when speaking with him and now I know that he was. Online banking person I spoke to was SHOCKED and is investigating this branch.
Jackie provides the best customer service- every single time I stop in here. She’s so good that I can’t forget her name. She is very knowledgeable, great leader and teacher to fellow employees. And her energy just brings me joy, it’s always a pleasure to see her. Thank you Jackie!
