Signed up for both a checking and savings account online, fraud department kept flagging my transactions as fraudulent and wouldn't help me at all when I called in to verify that yes, it was in fact me moving my own money to my new accounts. Branch manager insinuated that my check was fraudulent and I was denied service. (It was a cashiers check) if there was an actual concern for the validity of the check, they would have called the police or called my bank to verify funds: they did neither. Do not trust this bank with a small or large sum of money. You will be profiled as a criminal if you’re not a customer
Jackie and Raquel and the other staff are great. Very welcoming. Everyone makes you feel comfortable. They ensure you are assisted during your visit. Raquel is also great with informing you of all that the bank has to offer and assisting you with business needs or personal needs. She followed up with me after my visit and goes above and beyond her role.
