The worst banking center ever. Every time I go there it’s always something. Very ignorant people especially the manager. They can never know what’s going on. So what is the point of having an account there
I call in about charges it was on my card that I did not do no one knows what they are doing I call in cuz I cannot use my digital card no one knows what they are doing I call back in because my new card will not let me use it and it is active and the dude can't even speak English and wants to hang up on me I am really seriously thinking about going with a different bank and closing my account with Chase due to the people that they have working they do not know what they're doing in the call centers
I definitely will be closing my account. This has been the worst experiences that I have had.
