One of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. Staff is unprofessional, unorganized and untrained. They cost me several thousand dollars on a CD that they let default to the min APR without notifying me. Four calls too the corporate office and two branch visits still not resolved. Protect your investments with another bank this branch is mismanaged. I've closed all my accounts and will never bank at any Chase institution again.
