I cannot believe the service you get these days. I needed to process a cheque and the customer service clerk was helping another man with a problem and said. I will be right there. Then she disappeared and another man came out so I asked if there was anyone to help me at the tellers empty desk. She will be right there. Another woman came out and mingled with the same woman who was supposedly the teller. She said again,I will be right there. Still waiting patiently.
