I really like this Chase Bank in Webster Groves. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and helpful. When I walked in the other day, I heard the branch manager giving one of the employees a pat on the back for doing a great job. You don’t hear that kind of encouragement much these days—it stood out to me. Jonathan, the teller, is awesome—always polite, quick, and explains things in a way that makes sense. I cannot believe the service you get these days. I needed to process a cheque and the customer service clerk was helping another man with a problem and said. I will be right there. Then she disappeared and another man came out so I asked if there was anyone to help me at the tellers empty desk. She will be right there. Another woman came out and mingled with the same woman who was supposedly the teller. She said again,I will be right there. Still waiting patiently.
